On Friday, August 12, APTech Vice President and Chief Engineer David Peshkin, P.E. will be giving two presentations for the upcoming webinar Roadway Maintenance, Rehabilitation, and Repair, presented by continuing education provider Half Moon Education, Inc.

What will you learn?

At this live, interactive webinar, attendees will be able to:

  • develop a complete pavement management program,

  • explore asphalt roadway repairs, including crack sealing, patching, surface treatments, and hot-mix asphalt (HMA) overlays,

  • review design and material selection for full-depth repairs of jointed concrete pavements, and

  • learn techniques for shoulder repair and grading.

The course is $319 and provides professional engineers with six professional development hours. David’s presentations will focus on asphalt pavement distresses and asphalt roadway repairs. For the asphalt roadway distresses portion, the presentation will focus on identification and causes. For asphalt roadway repairs, David’s presentation will focus on crack sealing, patching, surface treatments, and HMA overlays.
