APTech Senior Engineer Brad Allen authors TRB's newest synthesis of practice

APTech senior engineer, Brad Allen, P.E., adds another qualification to his resume: authoring the latest Transportation Research Board publication. Asset Management Approaches to Identifying and Evaluating Assets Damaged Due to Emergency Events, published June 2, documents the approaches state departments of transportation have taken to comply with federal regulation 23 CFR 667, Periodic Evaluations of Facilities Repeatedly Requiring Repair and Reconstruction Due to Emergency Events, including case examples of how states are leveraging their findings from those efforts to improve project selection and scoping.
