Our sympathies go out to the friends and family of Fred Finn, who passed away on March 18, 2023, at the age of 99. Fred’s contributions to the transportation community are legendary. He was recognized as one of the fathers of pavement management and a major contributor to current pavement design procedures.

More than that, he was a friend and mentor to many.
