APTech kicks off the latest Wisconsin statewide APMS update

APTech is excited to continue our work in Wisconsin.

Since 2009, APTech has been working with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, Bureau of Aeronautics (BOA) to maintain and update the State’s airport pavement management system (APMS). The APMS is a vital tool that the BOA, individual airports, consultants, and the FAA use to maintain Wisconsin’s airport pavement network. This summer, APTech is once again conducting pavement condition index inspections on airports throughout the network.

The data collected from inspecting these pavements provides insightful information for all stakeholders on the condition of the airport pavement system. It also provides the basis for monitoring the performance of the system, as well as the development and selection of pavement rehabilitation and maintenance needs.
